At JEArchitects we offer our clients a full architects service where we take your project from concept, design, planning, detail design, tender and then on site through to completion. For this 'full' service, we charge a % pro rata rate on the project value.
Full Architects Service
We provide advice on all aspects of the design process from brief preparation through to final drawings and construction supervision.

We can organise a consultation with you, where we will advise you on budget, design and planning issues and agree a scope of work from which we will then follow this meeting up by sending you a free no obligations written quote before proceeding to undertake any work.

Our design service starts with sketch designs, then onto planning drawings and finishing off with detailed construction drawings.

We offer 4 stages of work with each service leading into the other. The three stages of work are as follows;

Stage 1 – Sketch designs, Site Analysis and Design model

Stage 2 – Survey, Planning drawings and planning application

Stage 3 – Building drawings, specifications and management of Tender Process

Stage 4 – Inspection and Certification of Work see ‘Construction Supervision / Inspection’
You can choose to have any single stage of work, have just two stages or choose a full service with all three; we have the experience to know that all jobs and clients needs are different.
